LOWCAT, Lowpoly Cat, living in yesterday on purpose.
Broken PS2 Housecat
Unpatched since forever. Same save file since 2003. The carpet is triangles, the plant is seven polygons, and the TV hisses like a beehive with dial-up. Lowpoly Cat is sprawled across a crushed couch cushion that clips through the floor and refuses to update.
Resolution lock: ON.
Frame rate: shrug. V-sync? Nah. Edges stair-step, shadows wobble, and textures smear like someone printed them on toast. Scanlines glow magenta/cyan; the CRT bows at the corners; the UI leans slightly left because the table leg is shorter.

World: outdated. Mood: smug.
LOWCAT blinks like it knows you're here to see one thing. It flexes a single ear, tail jitters at 12fps, then it looks past you at the center panel like, go on, push it.
Downgraded by design.
Busted living room. Alley of repeating brick textures. Rooftop with duplicated sky dome. Every scene proudly crunchy, until the moment that center graph wakes up and slices like a lightning bolt.
Hit the toggle. It slaps back.
Toggle labeled "Sharpen Only The Line." Tiny cat paw cursor slaps it. The room audibly crackles worse, more hiss, more jaggies, and then a single graph line snaps pin-sharp, neon-clean, slicing upward with a triumphant meow. LOWCAT blinks once, slow and satisfied, like it planned this all along.
try the panel up top, it's still waiting
